-Camera sound.
Enables/disables camera shutter sound in SILENT mode (silent profile selected)
-Cell broadcats.
Enables/disables cell broadcast messages and BSID (Base Station ID) reception
-FOTA.
Enables/disables Flash Over The Air option
-Internet:
-Always connected. unlock Always connected mode for desired band (GSM/UMTS)
-Accounts. internet profile details
-WAP:
-Default account. Set the default profile name
-Push access. Push access protocol type (operator settings etc.)
-Enable cookies. Enables cookies for embedded browsing
-GPRS timer. Enables GPRS inactivity timer
-Save passwords. Enables passowrds saving
-Disable save image. Set the disable save image option
-Close Session Dialog. Enables dialog on session end
-WV:
-Enable. Set the WV visibility flag for user
-Account: login details (comes from operator)
-Settings:
-App Name: the title of WV meny item
-Contacts view title. no comment
-Forbid editing URL/domain. keep the data unchebged by user
-SMS:
-Concatenation. If enabled, concatenation iss allowed for outgoing messages
-Empty SMS. Enables to send empty SMS messages
-Status report. Default status report setting for outgoing messages
-Request reply. Default reqest reply setting for outgoing messages
-Fixed dialing. Support fixed dialing (FDN) when sending SMS
-Send EMS. Support EMS messages
-PM send. Support picture message send
-Allow UCS2. Support UCS2 characters in SMS
-Email gateway. The email gateway address (when sending SMS on email)
-MMS:
-Account -Message server. The MMS message server (form operator)
-Inet account. Internet profile to use for MMS

-Priority. MMS message priority (Low/normal/high)
-Validity period. MMS validity period

-Conformance alert. enable/disable warning dialog on MMS content reability on reception side
-Content size alert. Set the limit of content size warning dialog

-Anonimous. Reject anonimous incoming MMS
-AD. Reject advertisement incoming MMS
-Download:
-Home. Download protocol for home network
-Roaming. Download protocol for roaming
-Read report
-Request. Request read report setting on outgoing MMS
-Send. Read report sending protocol for incoming MMS
-Delivery report
-Request. Request delivery report setting on outgoing MMS
-Send. Delivery report sending option for incoming MMS
-Network
-Service mode. Set the preferred data transfer mode dial-up/GPRS
-SMS bearer. SMS sending by GSM or GPRS
-WCDMA ciphering. Enable WCDMA Ciphering indication
-Techmode. Enables techmode application with code 0000. Dial *585*0000# to start techmode

What is exactly techmode? Could you give us more details?
And could we also select "3G Only" network? Currently it only has "GSM" and "GSM/3G" network..

Techmode is a field test application, somekind of netmonitor. Dial *585*0000# to start techmode
Yes, you can select "3g only" just play with it, its
original sony ericsson settings in your phone. If you not like it set it back.
I will try to provide more info / backgrounds later

I know the procedure since i ve modded my phone many times,but i just cant get connected...
