> W960i can't connect to PC

Hi there, unfortunately I have problems with my another cellphone than W830i
it's W960i.
I tried to connect my phone to the computer using Normal Mode, but it can't.
Weird thing here is when I changed the phone to Fast File Transfer, the PC Suite reacted and then changed the menu to the Fast File Transfer (yellow thingy), but when I changed it back to Normal Mode, nothing happens
I tried to use the original cable data that came within the package from W960i, but nothing has changed, I even used the newest PC Suite for W960i, PC Suite Version 1.5.26.
The last time I sucessfully connect it was a few days ago when I haven't installed PC Suite 6.xx for my W830i.
After I installed the 6.xx version, when I connect my w960i, it doesn't respond
One more question, is the PC Suite compatible with all of the SE phones?
Or is the PC Suite for W960i different with W830i?
