I mean to say Tata Docomo is charging voice-based VAS at per second rates…this includes music channels, voice chat feature, news, etc….base rate for these features is 2p/sec….what I find interesting is that there is absolutely no need for monthly subscriptions..usually monthly subscritptions are required by any mobile operator
