Hi all, other than playing PS3 media on the phone, can we use Aino as PS3 remote for BD-ROM playback?

As far as I know, yes. You of course will need to have the Blu-Ray in the PS3 though, even if you're away from home.

Sorry, what I mean is using the phone as remote control for playing DVD or BD movies on the big screen (TV).

Oh I see. I don't think so unfortunately, though you might be lucky. With remote play, the two screens don't show the same content simultaneously. Aino will show the PS3 menus and content, but your TV screen will have a a blank screen saying that remote play is in progress.
However, I'm not sure, but the Bluetooth remote control function that most SE phones have had for a while now (usually under entertainment) might work with the PS3. If you have another Bluetooth SE phone, perhaps you could test it.

Hello all ,
Have you tried the remote play using 3G ?? , because the french version is not working in 3G in france .
It work fine with PS3 , in WIFI Network ,
Please Try the 3G remote play in your country , England ,Switserland , GERMANY , Belgique , Néderland etc ...
I think there is a Firmware problem in France , but it is a new phone .
Thankss

How does it not work? Does it deny you using the service or does it attempt to work but fail? Are there any error messages? Is your phone branded?

Phone is not branded. Generic firmware.
There is simply no option when you click on "start" allowing you to choose between 3G or Wifi Connexion. It automaticly turns wifi on and try to connect.

@OEIL
Fails in London too, are you on Orange, in France? If yes, then you'll find Orange disable any Streaming over UMTS (3G)....
