hi all
today i have noticed that sometimes when i press the button 6 on my k850 nothing happens and then eventually i do end up seeing the number 6 i pressed on my screen. then on rare occasions none of the keys work and then they work again. i have not seen this problem ever on the k850, anyone know any ideas how to fix it or had this problem too? i really don't want to send my phone back to s.e again. i just got it back from them 2 weeks ago, about another problem.

You can open the phone up

or send it back to sony if its still on warranty
