Nothing else to say. I know that camera flash is above the LED light, but the sensor where is located?. In one thread said something, if I don't clean regularly the sensor I won't get good pictures. So, I want to take all the advantages of this phone, first taking good pictures. Moreover, at the side of LED light, there is a little "hole"....that "hole" is the sensor, sorry for the ignorancy...

You spotted it right. That tiny little hole can effect you pic.
clean it once a week according to the surrounding in which K850i stays.
if your phone stays more of the time outdoor, the cleaning frequency should be increased, vice versa.
