hi, i have just got a used satio but i want to wipe it. it is full of pics etc and when i did a reset they are still there!how can i do this and secondly can you sync with a mac?can the touch screen sensitivity be changed as i feel i have to press quite hard or perhaps it is because i had a 3gs before!
