> What happened in this photo?

What happened? I took this on my spare Nokia 6303 when I was on the beach at Hastings after my interview. It was in auto mode no settings messed with. Is this a bad case of over the top purple fringing

or bad glare from the sun? I know its not good for a lens to point it at the sun glare for long but its just so wierd

My c902 would have gone with me but its keypad is not working its being repaired

Oh cool its a decent place. I hope to get the job in the hotel i had interview in. My brother just said its lens magenta glare or something that caused the photo to go that way. If you notice some camera lens are a blue colour. The suns glare made it come out that way but only in that one picture.
