is there a store in greenhills wherein they can delete the default pictures, themes and tones of t68i in order to increase its memory capacity?

i know default pictures can't be deleted. even if you delete the default pictures, it won't affect its memory. is there a way to increase the memory capacity be deleting the default pictures and tones permanently?
