Its a bug in the early c702 and c905 like always se use the same firm with same bugs so you have to wait for 1 more update and then it will prob work w995 will soon be out of its life time

More probably the phone is blocked because its been reported lost or stolen by th owner. Thief/finder sells it on ebay, makes profit, buyer gets ripped off.

It usually is the seller's phone itself which is listed on ebay. After the sale the phone is reported lost or stolen.
