Hi all,

Apologies if this same question has been asked a million times but i searched and couldn't find a clear answer.

I've got an K800i on 02 which was corrupting my text messages randomly so i decided to try and flash the phone to repair it.

I flashed it using XS++ and the MAIN and FS files downloaded from 'sek750i' in the CDA 52 section but after switching on the phone it asks me for a PHONE LOCK code and i type in the code of 1235 which is what it was before i flashed it and it then gives me this error message (Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre).

Is anyone able to help me out in getting the phone back into life as i've no clue really.

This is the information i got from XS++ about my phone BEFORE i flashed it:-

Platform: DB2020
OTP CID: 51
EROM CID: 52
EROM Color: Red
IMEI: 35908701xxxxxx
Phone ID: K800
Region: EUROPE_2
CDA: CDA102511/100 R8A
Firmware Version: R1KG001
EROM: R3A022

I hope you pros will be able to get this up and running again.

Well I won't say I'm a pro or anything but here goes:

You can't just flash with MAIN and FS, you have to write customization afterwards. OK so I don't know how XS++ works (can't remember rather), so you'll have to use A2uploader. Download it from here: http://www.4shared.com/file/6[....]A2Uploader_22-09-2009.html?s=1

Install A2uploader first and then the Gordons gate USB flash drivers. After that download this: http://www.seusers.com/forum/[....]inks.php?catid=481&linkid=7612 (you have to register but it is free and quick, same as with esato)

Then do this:

Open up a2uploader and do the following

What to do with the custompack:
Add the custompack you just downloaded (still ZIPPED!!!) to misc files with the “…” button.

Now press "flash" and connect the phone again holding C. Then wait till A2 uploader says “Ready’ again and disconnect.

Then switch on the phone and wait till it is finished.

No, it won't. The k800 is A1. You need either setool, xs++ 3.0 or 3.1, or far manager+jdflasher.

The "Configuration Error" appears if you do not have uploaded a custom to your phone
