I'm sure they're small enough to not be seen. If it doesn't bother me, it's not a concern

Its obvious that you change your bed clothes regulary and also make sure your room is aired properly through the daytime. In winter especially if you keep your windows open to let in cold air that kills the bugs. Just air your room they thrive in warm environments. Also buy a mattress protector i have one its great plus added comfort. Dont eat in bed and keep room dust free as possible. Also how old is your bed?

Thats even younger than my bed

How do you think you got them? Did you do something or go somewhere? Sometimes if people stop in hotels they can bring them with them and they get into other beds. Was there a time when you remember something specific when you first started seeing them? Just trying to think as sometimes they can happen from another source. Are you as clean as possible? Not saying your dirty lol. They can be visible to the naked eye as i seen them in the hotel where i work. They had to gas the room with Rentokill

If you see a photo of one magnified its horrible to look at. The hotel where i work even though its 4 star it can still happen. A guest can unknowingly bring them in from somewhere else and they get into hotel beds. They are hard to get rid of but it can be done. Just make sure your sleeping space is clean airy and dust free. Luckily i never had them
