Hi,
Great phone loving it just having major issues trying to actually connect it with my pc I cant stand having to plug it in all the time was a major lover of the c905 network sharing ability as im not always at the same computer.

Does this phone or is it able to do network sharing as I cant seem to find the option any where its using my wifi connection fine just wish I could view my computers files from around my house.

Also bluetooth just doesnt seem to want to pair up with my computer it gets to the enter passkey point which I do on the phone but the pc says device failed to respond anyone else having any issues ?

Thanks for any help,
Mike

I had the Bluetooth issue.

I uninstalled everything from the PC (I had two PC suites from when I use the (W960i).

Install the PC Suite from the Satio's memory and not the website. This will install the actual phone drivers, too.

It then worked for me.

Try pairing the other way around. When i first tried pairing with my pc i entered the code on my phone but it did not appear on the pc. So i paired from the pc.

As for sharing, unlike your previous phone the Satio is a smartphone. So it'll need third party software to give it that function as its not your bog-standard SE interface setup.

I thought with Satio being DLNA certified that third party software wasn't needed. Its perfectly possible on the C905 without any such software.

But is that not because SE built it into the C905's software. The Satio isnt a SE software phone, its Symbian. Therefore the software options you had with a normal C905 arent there with the Satio, or called something else.

The Satio may have DLNA, but does it have it in its software ? possibly not until a developer creates an app that uses it.

Woot solved it I cant figure it out on the phone so I started looking else where and I found a piece of software that was made to do it.... SymSmb works brilliantly hope this helps other people yay no more blasted wires.

Still working on the bluetooth >

Has everyone had good experiences with Bluetooth headsets?

I used mine today and the sound quality was aweful, almost like it was at the edge if its range, even though it was less than 2 feet away! Same distance as my W995 and C905 and they both had no such issues at all...

Headset and Satio were both fully charged
