hi
basically
i really like both of them, but i am mainly looking for the best video and picture quality out of the two.
Do any of you have videos taken with the w995 and Aino?
and another thing do you think that the Aino is quite a big phone? especially when it is slided up and answering/texting/calling people?
As i will be using it for going out and school it might 'show' too much if you get me?
and do anyone have pictures of a comparison between size of w995 and Aino when slided up or measurements of both phones when slided up?
thanks a lot

Extremely easy decision there - Aino hands down. Better camera quality (no nasty purple fringing like the W995 camera), VGA video at 30 fps compared to WQVGA (not good at all) and the Aino has a much bigger screen to enjoy. Not to forget Aino is a much more updated phone (nice media centre and touchscreen) and very new.
Any more justification needed??

Of course.aino. Because w995 cam is bad in my point. Purple fringing the worst thing, more noise and inaccurate color reproduction. Aino has better screen resolution so better for video. And better touch web browsing through opera, nice touch media menus. But w995 is not bad at all except camera I like all of its functionality.
Good slides and build, nice stereo speaker, importantly 3.5mm jack.
Think which one.

@idumbakumar I agree he should give Aino a shot but W995 has bad camera? I get next to no purple fringing at all in any of my photos, you can examine them in the photos section if you like. It's not the easiest point and shoot to work with as with most other cam phones but it definitely isn't bad as I get higher good photos ratio with it than with W902/C902. It's even better than Innov8 (too hyped up if you ask me) if we're not taking into account the crap noise suppression algorithm (if there is one in the first place).

well it really isnt because the Aino seems quite big, and as i will be using it for school and going out it will just seem like it stands out too much e.g. texting on the bus or phoning.
ive had different opinions on each phone.
some say w995 is really good for videoing and some say its bad =///

AINO better sound quality
W995 better build quality and easier with 3.5 mm jack
make a decision or take it both

I have not experienced any purple fringing on photos taken with my w995. It`s an exellent phone when it comes to build quality, size and weight. 3,5 mm jack and dedicated music buttons makes it the perfect music-phone
