hi guys ...hope yu doing well..
buddies i need help here... i have my beloved cyber shot k800i teasing me these days...lolz..
When i start phone it works fine for few minutes but suddenly it hangs/halts/stucks at the point in using it and it stays like this until i take the battery out and restart it...
This happens everytime i switch ON my k800i!!!
while others who are calling me mean while,, they gey my phone OFF!!!!!!
I tried the SE Software Update Apllication !! but my software is already up to date!! thats why it didn't updated it furhter

........
Guys im a noob!!! please givme some step step help!!!!

May be can take this in consideration. Turn off the phone, then connect it to computer or AC charger while off, then turn it back on and try to make a call while plugged, it last more than you are saying, it could be the battery. Look at this, I have tried many times and it works - download My phone Explorer (around the forum you can find it, if you don't have), there is a option where you can make call from the computer to any phone. Try to do that and see what happens with the battery. Also, when you plug in to the charger or computer, does the battery icon appears to be charging (like a strike appears on it). Do that and reply back.
