PAYG handsets such as the GX-10 already offer MMS, call customer care (for Vodafone U.K.) and ask them to provision your SIM (tell them you have an MMS capable phone).

I'm assuming your SIM is enabled for MMS (by your service provider Vodafone Retail, SinglePoint or other).

If your phone is not configured with the MMS server and GPRS settings, CPW should do this for you. Or if they are like Phones4U and not capable of doing it - they may ask you to go to the Vodafone Shop!!!

I have no idea what mobile you have.

If you have a Sony Ericsson phone, go to

http://www.sonyericsson.com

and select phone configurators to enable your mobile for MMS.

A Sharp GX-10 purchased from Vodafone is already enabled for MMS (as are all the Vodafone Live! branded mobiles).

The only other thing you need is to have your SIM enabled for GPRS, if it isn't then dial 191 on your Vodafone and get Customer Care to enable it. They will do this, if they will not enable your SIM then PM me.

configured phone for mms (used gsm profile) did not work.

setup gprs using Sony configurator but when sending mms it says check settings or gprs failed.

phoned vodafone again and they said it was'nt available on payg.
