Opera Mobile 10 FINAL is finaly here. You can get it here: http://m.opera.com with your phone's default browser.
Its now possible to set it as the default web browser on S60v5 devices, just go to Settings- Phone- Application sett.- Default Apps.- Browsing internet, and set Opera Mobile.

Press and hold the speed dial panel you want to delete or change. A menu pops up allowing you to clear or edit.

I have tried it on my Satio, and it seems to work properly, even though it froze the first time I ran it so that I had to kill it from the app manager (which I just recently learned how to use: Press and HOLD the middle physical button. Then press and HOLD on the icon for the application you want to manage, and a menu appears with open/exit commands). I noticed on their download site that Satio actually is listed among the certified units.

The handling and GUI of Opera Mobile is very similar to Opera Mini 5 beta.

It still doesn't support any languages other than English, and it does not support Flash, but it is indeed a beta. BTW, is there a non-beta version available, like 9.0 or so? Or is that something I would have to pay for?
