Hi,

I just got my Satio yesterday and was trying to hear to radio. Throughout the session, I switched on the radio, it gave some cracking noise, no matter which station I hear. I am using HPM-77 headset.

Is there anyone who is facing the same problem and would know what it is related to or how we can correct this.

I spotted the problem. It was down to one of the pins in the handsfree needed a little push.. !!
Its working now.
