Does anyone know if O2 let you change your contract to a PAYG account (not really account but couldnt think of a better term). Contract is out of its minimum period now and dont use it that much but would like to keep the number.

Yes. You just need to ring them and give them your 30 notice and say you would like the sim to run as a pay and go one. They will transfer everything over. You can go back to a contract at anytime after just by calling them.
