do u know where can i upgrade my t720 to t720i here in manila? the only difference between the two phones is that the i version has mms? Would greatly appreciate your help tnx

i don't think an upgrade is possible. a rep from motorola uk said they were being marketed as two seperate products.

try wintelcom in manila, leon guinto near quirino ave. they are also authorized dealers of motorola. i got my first tri band unit from them - motorola P7689

Don't know if it's worth it. U'll loose about 500kb memory for your midlets, half of voice commands and phonebook will have only 100 entries. Besides MMS there's also software to manage digital camera.
Heard two versions about t720i: one, that u can buy a cd with soft upgrade together with camera, the other version is, that software from t720i won't fit to t720 because of different hardware ->flash (see www.mobile-review.com for details)

You CANT upgrade your t720 to a t720i!!!!!!
I sent mail to motorola to check and they said it wasnt possible. So, if you want t720i, then you have to buy it!
