So the other day I was just web browsing on the phone and I started hearing some weird noises coming from the phone, to be honest its difficult to explain, the best comparison is when you hear a laptop making noises? Even then its not quite the sound, anyway I got really scared and turned it off and removed the battery and turned it on, all was fine, this has happened to me about 3 times so far, it dosent "seem" harmful but its weird ive never heard this in a phone before, I really hope its not something serious, any Ideas?

Iwas inside the phone, and again its just hard to explain what type of sound, I guess maybe a buzzing sound.
