hello,how to add item such as games, youtube into media?..did customize_upgrade needed?

I was looking for the same things yesterday. I remember I downloaded something that added Games to Media from topsony forum (never tried it and I don't have it anymore). I searched but didn't find that thread alas.

You need such a *.itm files (hook item).
