My cell phone is dying. The buttons work some of the time, and my notifications alert me even less. It is a simple slider (Samsung T629) and I use T-Mobile in the US. I want a new phone.
Basically, I want a really good camera that also happens to work as a phone. I don't want it to be super bulky, and a good battery life would be swell.
I do not care about mp3 playing, video playing, ring tones, QWERTY keyboards, or watching TV on it.
I don't want to spend more than $200. After looking around, I noticed a few phones right around that range have some pretty fancy features: touch screens, WLAN connectivity (I have wireless at home, so hopping on that for free would be very cool), etc.
I do not have a data plan nor do I want one- but I may go for T-Mobile's "web2go" plan which (from what I can gather) is a limited version of a "real" data plan.
With all of these considerations in mind, these are the phones I am reviewing:
Sony Ericsson C901
Sony Ericsson K750
Sony Ericsson K850
Samsung F480
LG Viewty KU990
I know the K series phones are quite old, but they seem to stand the test of time. Unsure about the other ones.
Any advice or other recommendations? Thanks.

Out of all them i would go for c901. It has the best camera with proper flash and all the other features you really need

from what you mention i would go for c901
because of the Xenon flash and more slim than the k850 also more stylish
C901 or C902
id go for c901 as it was xenon flash and c902 has crappy LED flash
I'm with you on that as a user of c902

Actually my c902 led "flash" is not too bad it lights up a room fairly well and faces. The worst led i ever seen was the c510 it would go off before the picture was taken

The C902 flash is quite good actually. the phone itself is good and is now available at a decent price as well. But as already mentioned. I'd go for the C901 out of your choices.

Yep, C901 is the one you need. No discussion needed.

Just why oh why did SE decide not to release it in the UK? Its clearly better than the c903 stupid decision

Thanks for all the replies. Excluding the models I mentioned, are there any other good cameraphone contenders for about this price? Just want to test the waters before I commit.
