Well it's written on SE site, but I know that symbian doesn't support animated wallpaper, for example it will take the first frame from gif picture and render it, no more frames !!
so how can it support Wallpaper animation and I can't do this ? even I tried SVG but it doesn't support putting svg as a wallpaper like SE OSE phones can ( btw, all SE OSE phones can handle animated gif from the very begining, and from 2-3 years if not more they can have SVG as wallpapers too, and from 1 - 2 years if not more they can support swf ( flash ) wallpapers too )
I wonder why symbian phones, even UIQ can't handle animated gif, svg or swf animated wallpapers at all

That's true. Even if U open swf file it didn't work properly. I wonder why?
What is wrong with Symbian that it don't support these files?
