If the SE PC suite can detect your T303 via USB or Bluetooth then chances are good that you can. It just has GPRS though,no Edge - so surfing on your laptop will be very slow.
If you can get it to work install Opera v10 on your laptop. Its turbo mode (web and image compression) will effectively boost your browsing speed to Edge level or low 3G (200 to 250kbpS)

Thanks for the reply. I am just looking for a solution if I am in an area without WIFI - so if it is slow that would not be a major issue.
The phone is recognised whe I plug the USB but I was guessing I would need a driver for the phone to function as modem. I can't see any dwonlaods on the Sony Ericcson Website though.
Thnaks,
Rob.

Don't bother with GPRS, it is just to slow unless you are using an Opera Mini to render pages for you. Over GPRS most pages won't even load, they'll just timeout. Just get a cheap EGDE phone, which will still be slow but passable in a pinch.
