hey, i have got this problem that my k850's screen goes black when i press any key of keypad (not softkeys) and then if i leave it for like 10secs, and then press any key , i can see the screen again. Even if i press the keypad area same thing happens. I read some posts on esato regarding it and also found this link
http://www.dhakamobile.com/so[....]850-lcd-solution-100-work.html
do you think this solution would work ? or should i simply go n get my lcd replaced ?

thanks

hi pal,
me too got this same problem 2 months ago...
took the phone to service center, they said for sure that its LCD was damaged... but
their charge was way too high for me...
So called my friend abroad and asked him to send one for me.. replaced it myself...(and also the housing)
Now it perfectly alright...
just like a brand new phone...
you can check my thread here...
