Hey guys i am ok now but this morning i was rushed to hospital after fainting. I was standing by my back door of the house when all of a sudden my face arms hands and upper body turned as red as a tomato. My face swelled up and my arms and i felt like i had sun burn. Then i fainted and was in hospital for 11 hours. My blood pressure is sky high and they did every test under the sun to see what was wrong. It was scary and my blood pressure being so high they were concerned i could have a heart attack. I think its my wake up call to change my ways with unhealthy eating. I am ok and back home now but they nearly kept me in over night. I have never stayed in hospital over night only when my mom was sick with cancer. Not myself. I am ok now gotta go to doctors tomorrow

scary stuff

Though i'm fat and pushing 50, what's your excuse? .
Your very wise to view it as a warning though, best monitor your BP daily and diet and exercise.

Yes indeed. I was standing by my back door having a cup of green tea and watching the heavy rain when all of a sudden it happened. Was scary
