> need help on my Nokia 3110C

I already activated my GPRS for Smart buddy, the problem is that when I run the opera 4.2 I got this error "Packet data connection not available". Can somebody help me with this problem?

Activate mo smart internet sa cp u and restart ur fone to use ur gprs, load ka 10 peso below f la ka pa load den restart.
