Using Update service ver 2.9.11.10 A new version of sony software is out R1CA037 (Orange). Im on a Orange Branded phone and had probs installing, Once phone had been backed up. I connected ok, The software downloaded. But crashed out just as it was about to install?
I took the battery out and left it for 1 min then did the update anmd it seemed to work. I really hope they have done something useful
