Unless you have changed the phone security code. It's that code that should be used.

*#7370# = Hard reset your phone. This will erase ALL your data and bring back the default phone settings (like when you first got your phone new). Default lock code of the Satio is 0000
*#7780# = Soft reset your phone. Data like contacts, calendar and notes, are not removed. It will only reset the phone settings, such as profiles, themes and shortcuts.

@burnin
I found that the codes did not work with my original firmware. However after debranding with davinci team the codes work as stated by glorfingal.

the hard reset code *#7370# does NOT delete anything from cellphone, it just get your factory settings back to it. but everything stored is still there. as in agenda , texts, photos, bookmarks from browser, application installed ... etc.
it doesn't do a complete WIPE .

@regular. Which firmware are you using. When I ran the code it actually wiped my phone Contacts, Agenda etc + all installed appps on the C drive. With the R1B.... software this did not happen.
