Just read the C510 whitepaper (came out Nov. 30) and it states the c510 as having dual microphones for video recording and other applications im guessing. Can anyone confirm?

Not as far as I know it probably does not need 2 mics as the mic is right by the keypad so its close enough

First time I see it. Why would it need another one if it has one already?

I know a few Nokia phones which have more than one mic like the 6700 for instance. Its for better call quality

Alright!
If that's so, is this the first

I have zero idea
I only spotted the one by the keypad & its only put there so its closer to the mouth & for video calling. Maybe the second one is hidden but I have not seen it
A single mic can record stereo i think anyway

Been reading some White Papers and so far the C510 is the one with dual mics. That makes me a "proud owner"

yeah I sold mine although I liked it I hated the poor signal & muffled call sound in earpiece. Try finding out where the other mic is placed

Oh really?
wow thats interesting why did it not say in the specs before that it had them? I bet its under the keypad. The Nokia 5530xm had dual mics with stereo speakers but they are hidden it records in stereo too but they are hard to spot
