Here is the ucweb flv plugin used to play video in ucweb7 final symbian version.

Even works with proxy modified versions.

For now only www.tudou.com is supported.

I don't know if its available or not for s60v2.

May be you can try
just open ucweb symbian and switch to tab showing human figure, its next to movie tab. Then allow the page to connect and refresh. Then you will see flash beta written in list being displayed. Click the link flash beta. On next page scroll down, and you will mtv in the list and image of girl that seems to be from video, click it. Now the page opens is from site tudou.com. You will see the video windows prompts to download missing plugin. Click it, and it will downloaded . Then install it.
Thats how i got plugin on my phone, may you can try this too. I show no guarantee for this. Use your common sense. Or use google translate.
