Newbie with this topic po, but i just want lng poh to learn coz i & my phone really want na tlaga to get rid with ds persistnt virus & its nfections po. Tnx tlaga poh sa tumulong! You mean the hard format w/c is called spider format.
take off mmc from your phone.
Turn off your phone
and
Hold this 3 keys
* + 3 + call key
don't let go the 3 keys now power on.
Wait until it says
Formatting
then you can let go those 3 keys just wait for it to format.
*note: your phone must have or fully charge before doing this.
