> Can't send email from my Satio

I have problem sending email from my Satio. My outgoing email show in Outbox but nothing happen, just right there.
Anyone had same problem with me or any idea how to fix this?
I'm using Hotmail. Here is my email setting.
Incoming
User Name :
user@hotmail.com
Password : *****
Incoming Mail Server : pop3.live.com
Mail Box Name : Hotmail POP3
Mail Box Type : POP3
Security (Port) : SSL
Port : 995
Outgoing
Email Address :
user@hotmail.com
User Name :
user@hotmail.com
Password : *****
Outgoing Mail Server : smtp.live.com
Security (Port) : SSL/TLS
Port : 587

Didnt know that hotmail could be used as a pop3 account.
But I did a google:
Create a new account using the following settings:
POP (incoming) server: pop3.live.com
POP port: 995
POP SSL required: yes
POP user name: your complete Windows Live Hotmail address (including "@hotmail.com", "@live.com", etc.)
POP password: your Windows Live Hotmail password
SMTP (outgoing) server: smtp.live.com
SMTP port: 25
If you run into problems sending mail, try "587" for the SMTP port instead.
SMTP SSL required: yes
SMTP authentication: yes
SMTP user name: your full Windows Live Hotmail email address
SMTP password: your Windows Live Hotmail password
Note that free POP access is currently available to users in
Australia
Brazil
Canada
France
Germany
Italy
Japan
the Netherlands
Spain
the United States and
the United Kingdom
If Thailand is your location I guess you cant use it !?
