tried and tested on my 5220xm and 6300 phone

1st:
go to:
setting>configuration>personal config.
sett.>option>add new> streaming

streaming settings:
acount name: your desire name.

udp port range: 1024-65535

use pref. Access pt.: no

access point settings

proxy: enabled

proxy address: 10.165.127.21

proxy port: 554

dont change the bearer setting.
press back.
then press option activate mo yung ginawa mong
streaming settings.

now.

go to web:

go to address: (put url channel)

example:

go to address: rtsp://10.165.127.21:80/broadcast/
helix4/rtpencoder/solarstd.sdp

then go!

list of channels:

solar sport:
rtsp://10.165.127.21:80/broadcast/helix4/rtpencoder/
solarstd.sdp

pba
rtsp://10.165.104.32:80/broadcast/helix4/rtpencoder/
pbastd.sdp

Gma
rtsp://10.165.104.32/broadcast/helix4/rtpencoder/
gma.sdp

abs-cbn
rtsp://10.165.104.32/broadcast/helix4/rtpencoder/
ABSCBN.sdp

ANC
rtsp://10.165.127.21:80/broadcast/helix4/rtpencoder/ANC.sdp
