Hi, could u please reply and let me know:
1) Do U use voice control?
2) What's your magic word?
3) How does it work for U?
Thanks! Mine always seems to randomly call people throughotu the day which is really frustrating and forces me to turn it off even tho i read lots of reviews that say voice control is really good i have not been able to get it to work right. My magic word is "P800" and it still calls people even when no one says anything remotely close to that word.

Actually, Ericsson recommends a longer "magic word" something that sounds strange.
Anyway, I only use the magic word in the car... works fine. I have to re-records my contacts though... hehehe, I was too excited so the enviroment was kinda noisy.
From my experience with the R520 (which uses the same voice recognition technology) ... record all your voice commands/contacts in a very very quiet environment. As much as possible, about a foot or two AWAY from the phone... this way, the phone compensates for mild echos. I even used to record my commands at arms distance, so that when I'm in the car, I don't have to shout out the commands.
I did a couple of P800 voice commands at arms distance, my magic word "Communicator", and my Answer & Busy commands. Those work perfectly in the car... never mis-read any of my commands.
Just remember, record the initial commands in a quiet place... and not too close to the mic of the P800... recording too close will make the phone 'expect' you to be that close everytime.

Never use it because for years i have used calling cards, the calling card options are fantastic on t68i/p800, but the phone asks for yes or no for each call, meaning vioce dialing would need to be followed by me touching the screen or pressing jog to confirm, so it rules out voice dialing. i don`t trust it either.

I guess it was a wasted feature if none of us trust it enough to use it.
