Hi all,

I can see this has been asked about before, but how do you get conversation view? I have had my w995 just over a week so I assumed the software would be up to date.

Can I have basic how to instructions please.

click > menu > messaging > inbox or conversations (depending on the initial default setup), at the top of the screen you will see the inbox and conversations icon, just use your semicircular button to choose either one
