My bro wanted to buy one of the phones and wants to know about the video player quality of both the phones.. Which has better, non-sluggish video player?
Is watching full length movies possible on any of the two phones?

They are both about the same although the Samsung does have the edge in most things. My brother had the Star at one point but i dont know much else.

I recon the Samsung is the best bet. The cookie can be a bit sluggish, even when texting, don't know about the samsung though. Hope that helps.

The LG wins on looks, but it really isn't good enough even with it being only 70 quid for the phone to be that slow at times. Therefore the Samsung wins overall.

The new LG Pop is better than the Cookie. I have read people who have it have had hardly any complaints about it compared to previous models. LG must be improving their reliablity. Also it runs on a stripped down version of the S Class interface its also very small and stylish. You can get it with an online offer only now for £79 on Carphone website.

I had a look on youtube, it's really nice, but I'm interested to see how fast the ui is. Very tempted to get a budget touch screen phone, or a more expensive on from ebay
