i've had one negative feedback, while the many others (and i really mean many) are all positive.
i've been arround for a very long time, i'm honest and can be trusted. I myself had a bad experience when the post office lost the package, things happen, its very sad, but nothing you can do about it.

I bought a phone once, didn't arrive, never had any refunds.
The buyer can always chose for normal package or secured.

I don't talk for other people, I talk for myself. I send the money and I never get the phone, so I was the only one who lost here. No money was refunded, I didn't know I had to ask for a secured delivery ... So if a package is sent with normal delivery I don't get the package?? :S

I think by law a seller is responsible for the goods until it has arrived, not until the sellers drops it at the post office. This is why it is very important to send things recorded, or with international signed for, which doesn't cost that much extra. If I order anything from anyone or any shop the seller has to make sure it arrives, if it gets lost in the mail the seller has to claim money from the postal services and refund me right away, they should not make you wait until the seller recovered the money.
I recently sold a small item to tranced and did not opt for international signed for as it costs more than the item, and the post lost it. I refunded him right away while I make a claim with Royalmail, who most likely will give me some stamps
Regardless, any buyer or seller should always send more expensive items (50 pounds or more) by a traceable service, this will cost maybe 5 pounds extra and gives a lot of security.
Sorry bart, don't mean to hijack your thread with my ranting, just like to inform everybody

I think it's more like if you don't ask for secured delivery and the item is lost during shipping, you don't get it. Shure it sucks, but it sucks just as bad for the seller if he lost his phone and has to give a refund. I'd suggest the seller to do a 50/50, but that's just me.
