In the flip key pad while i press the buttons the top 3 rows FEEL is different from the bottom 2 rows. The top 2 rows feels more responsive, the button moves inwards more and could hear the 'dok' sound at each press - while these are not found while i press the bottom 2 rows of buttons. Seem like there is some problem in the 2 bottom rows of buttons.

Does anybody have this problem? My set is less than a week old!

Thk you.

Perhaps it would help to calibrate the screen... This message was posted from a P800

i thought everyone had this problem. it seems like the top part of the keypad is closer to the screen then the bottom part.

I tried the caliberation and it doesn't help.

Dont worry....the problem is present in both P800's that I have. And it was also present in the pre-commercial unit I had back in November. Its not just your keypad, its the design of every keypad.

Do either of you have screen protectors? I have one on my P800 and it affected the keypad. Without the screen protector, all the keys felt ok.
