Reading an old post I saw someone mention that if you get your Firmware upgraded at Carphone Warehouse you invalidate your SE warranty. Is this still the case ??? If it is, how would SE know should you send the phone back for repair ???

As long as its an official service centre you would be ok.

I cant see CPW doing these unnoficially.
