> Phone with best qwerty keyboard?
Bookmark topic
There seems to be a wide choice of phones with a qwerty keyboards these days so its hard to know without actually spending time time each individual phone to know exactly which is the best in terms of use so it would nice if people could post their own individual experiences and then maybe we can decide on the overall best phone?

My husband's work phone is the HTC Touch Pro and it has one of the best qwerty keyboards I've ever seen in a phone.

based only on my experience with Nokia E63, Samsung OmniaPRO B7320, and BlackBerry Curve 8520... the best QWERTY for me would be the BlackBerry Curve 8520.

The phone in your avatar is still my favorite QWERTY phone. Small keys but still easy to hit the right ones when typing fast. If I could just find a good audio book player for it...

Best on-screen QWERTY has to be the one on the iPhone in portrait mode i can write a large sms or post in no time.
Best physical i would say the BB Curve 8310, BB Bold 9000, Nokia E63,and Nokia E90. The newer BB 8900 Curve's keyboard keys are realy tiny i find that i have to make sure i hit each key with the top of my thumb, wheres the 8310 keys are a bit larger and you type without always having to look down, same with the 9000, which IMO is the best BB in terms of ergonomics.
Overall though id take the iPhone's on screen QWERTY, it just works so well.

I knew that the iphone's qwerty would pop up in here although i love everything about the iphone i'm no fan of virtual keyboards there just isn't any satisfaction in typing compared to using actual physical keys
