Hi, I have the W995i, but when ever it vibrates, it’s sounds so cheap and poor and sometimes the two parts of the phone (which slide) vibrate against each other. Trying it with other handsets, the result is a much nicer sound and feeling.

It’s hard to explain, but it’s like tinny and horrible. Does anyone else have this problem? It was second hand off ebay so…

thanks

Maybe the vibration motor in the phone is making problems. Try turning of vibration when ringing if such options is available on it (i have such option on G900 but it's Symbian UIQ smartphone so not sure for yours).

Or try the phone ringing at lower volume. It may be the speaker or badly modded acoustics. Have you tried firmware update at least??

Ok then.

It knows to get annoying at moments. I never faced such issue, but i don't think I can live with it.

I like my phone perfect, working the way I want it to.

Well when it vibrates without music e.g.turning it on, or in the flash menu it still feels annoying. I'm going to debrand it later so see if that makes a difference.

It was made in the 27th week of 2009 (09w27) is this a bad week? It's made in China as well, but then it's Sony Ericsson, no suprises there.
