Dear Friends,
I am new in this discussion forum. Though the question is very old. But I really find it very useful for mobile user community. I didn't find any straight way answer to the raised question.
Let me tell you my problem:
I have one Sony ericsson k550i cybershot mobile phone, which is A2DP compatible (required for streaming music through bluetooth, as I have searched from websites, actually I don't know the reality) for listening music through bluetooth headset (as per Sony ericsson Website on specification of this phone, check this website).

I have one bluetooth headset of smy company (chinese made, I think), I have paired it with my sony phone and can listen only to incoming and outgoing calls. But unable to play music through this headset using my phone. However, this bluetooth headset works well with Nokia Phone for even listening music. How I should make it possible to listen music through my Sony phone. Is it really the property of phone or head set to listen music through headset or some compatibility problem or my sony phone is not capable for this. Please tell me and the solution ofcourse if available at my below mentioned email address.
Thanks in advance

You can listen music only from
Stereo Bluetooth Headsets !
Mono Bluetooth Headset is only for calls.

What!?! You can make calls through stereo-set! As long as there is a microphone in it, option> calls> headset.
For the original question, try changing streaming to homenetwork allowed. Good luck.
