This iPhone is a replacement unit and is brand new and totally unused. It will be sold with the box and accessories from the original handset including headset, USB cable, SIM card release key, charger & documents.

It's replacing an o2 handset so it definitely good for o2 and may be unlocked though has not been turned on to check.

How is the apple warranty works on replacements? Is it 12 months? If yes, I can offer £250 as long you can also officially unlock it by o2!

The warranty is believed to be 90 days on replacements from Apple such as this one but if anyone knows better feel free to give more info.
The phone has not even been activated yet and so can't be tested for SIM locks without doing so. In the interest of keeping this completely unused I would suggest assuming this is an o2 handset and possibly unlocked. I'm told that these can be easily unlocked either way though.
