this is quite a tricky situation and i've no experience in this but for the sake of knowledge, i will do as follows:
#1. i'll connect the phone to mpe, click Extras, click Phone keypad and play around with all the buttons there, just to find out is it the same situation happened or not if i were to physically press the button on the phone.
#2. d-pad, softkey and the keypad itself is a single plate that works together inter related that have a direct impact on the lcd. with that note, i'll open up the phone and check both the ribbon connector that connected the phone and the keypad/lcd.
#3. if it still under warranty (in this case the lcd), i'll bring the phone back to the shop and relate the problem to the lcd, that is the problem happened because of the lcd
after doing all the above, then only i'll move to next steps........can't figure out now

thanks,
i connected the phone using mpe, and the Phone Keypad responds properly to every click...
but the problem comes when i press "exactly the area between 8 and 9 keys", the menu pops out..!!! or the
respective center key function becomes active...
is it due to damaged LCD..? or should i open the case and check the connectors..?
pls help me...

Open up and check connections. It could even be a broken keypad. But lets take one step each time.

you don't need to change keypad.
remove keypad and check if it blend upwards (where middle softkey placed). if outer keypad plastics and interkeypad
touch area keep very tight, it will wrong press. there are very thin air gap between them.
clean and dry keypad touch area with Alcohol. Also outer keypad inside.
