Hi,
How do I backup my phonebook from Satio to another SE phone like W890i?

1. Use SE sync service. Sync Satio first and then sync your other phone to that site
2. Backup in your Outlook and then transfer to other SE phone

I use SE Sync Service too, but have some problems connecting to the server.

So I assume that you have downloaded the settings from SE Sync Service.
After that it is not connecting.
Have you checked the settings ? Is it having all the information or complaining about database ?

I get the "invalid remote database" error only when the bookmarks are included in the sync options. Maybe the name is wrong? (others have short names in the settings like con, pnote or caltask but the bookmarks are named... bookmarks
)
Try selecting only your contacts for syncing.
