Here is the ringtone (in wav) that SE uses in commercials...
It is edited and is a perfect ringtone...
The sound is VERY loud when someone calls you...
22000, mono, 16 bit (edited in cool edit 2000) About 1.8 Mb (it's worth it) =)

It is a fact that the sound is louder when you recieve a call. To preview the sound as it sounds when you get a call, do like this:
phone -> edit -> preferences -> sounds and alerts
Then just click on the horn beside the song name. This will make a preview of the sound as it is when you get a call...
