Someone i need help,after i performed a
hard reset and went back to re- install the firmware via SEUS i got a(your phone can not be recognized )message,that was after i pluged the usb cable and holding the green button.This message is
after the
hard reset.What went wrong?please i need help...

also u might want to reinstall SEUS, maybe a problem with the USB driver, also try a different USB port, there could be many things causing this, if you have access to another computer I would try SEUS on that, ultimate proof that the problem is with your phone

I might be wrong.. did you hacked your phone? from my experiences if you did hack it then the pc suite wont recognize your fone just connect with mass storage for any installation

this sounds like the usb driver or at least a possibility, you need to try on another computer.
