Hi,
I'm facing a problem on my T68i (R5D007) using a BT headset from Anycom.
The pairing works perfectly but the VOICE DIAL does not! After double-clicking the BT jog-dial, a message appears on the phone: "Voice Control not activated, Enter settings?".
It happens after the standard "After the tone, say a name..." and just before the "no match" one, that comes after 4/5 seconds, just like it happens using the phone button without saying a word!
The VOICE DIAL works using the phone speaker only, but the AHS-10 VOICE DIAL works fine on my T39m!
Did anyone find the same problem?

Any help will be realy appreciated... I'm thinking about putting back the T68 in its box and restart with the T39... The T68i Calendar missing functions are a pity too.

Hello,

I`m having the same Problem with the same setup. My t68i has the R6A Software though.
Everytime I try to voice dial, the " Voice Control not activated. Change settings" Screen comes up. But I can still make the voice command. After several times, the screen can`t be made to disappear by pressing no on the phone. So I have to take out the battery to use the phone again!
So if there`s anybody who knows the answer, let us know! Please...

Here is the solution that worked for me. If you have the T68i Software version R6A (newest at the moment) on the phone, you `ll get the bug. Downgrade it to R2F and it works fine. You might wanna check it out, before you flash your own phone, just to make sure it works for you, too.

Good Luck!

Thanks,

I was pretty sure that before the upgrade to R5D007 (I had the R2F) it was working... even if I used it for a couple of days only.

Bye.
